Parade of Lights

We went to the Parade of Lights downtown Fort Worth on Scott's Birthday (note: the parade was to celebrate the holiday season, NOT Scott's 30th birthday :) ). The kids LOVED it! Sierra was a little disappointed at first because she thought she was going to BE IN the parade, not just watch it. No Worries, she just practiced her "parade wave" and smile as each and every float passed by. Grant was VERY excited- pointing, waving and exclaiming "LOOK!!!" every couple minutes. Poor Dallin enjoyed the parade but was freezing-- despite the fact that he had 2 short sleeve shirts, a long sleeve shirt, a sweatshirt AND a coat, hat and mittens on (not too surprising, he is the child that freezes in the middle of July when swimming in luke warm water). We had a great time.

PS. I left my camera in the car when we had cake and ice cream for Scott after the parade. So, no birthday pictures. But believe me, he DID have a birthday and yes, he is now 30! Awesome.
