BETWEEN THIS SHOT AND THE NEXT I HAVE HALF OF A FACE. THAT'S ENOUGH FOR A CONVICTION IN THIS HOUSE.

SOMEONE'S BEEN PLAYING WITH DADDY'S CAMERA!!! AND THEY LEFT EVIDENCE. BUSTED!!!

Happy 4th Birthday Dallin!!!

Dallin got a new bike for his brithday complete with Pirates of the Caribbean helmet and pads.

No kids birthday in the Rice home is complete without one of Melissa's fun theme cakes.

We spent Labor Day camping in Half Moon bay with family. It was a little cool but we enjoyed some sun and lots of fun.

AAHHH the California coast.

Dallin and Sierra find safety from the waves behind the wall built by their older cousins.

Sierra and her cousin Kaitlin had fun playing.

Some things are fun no matter how old you get.

Dallin and Sierra had fun playing with some of their cousins.

Though we don't live in the city we're still close enough to enjoy the sites.

We had a fun day and the clouds burned off as the day went on making it a beautiful day in the city.

Dallin climbed to the top of this jungle gym at a park we foundin San Fracisco. The park was full of creative and fun toys.

We have a few boxes still to dig through but for the most part are settled in our new home.

Our first friends came to visit soon after moving in. We received lots of help from family and friends since Scott had to go back to work in Seattle soon after arriving in California. Many thanks to friends (Christie & Kids), Melissa's brother and wife (Michael & Donna), Melissa's sister and fiance (Cheryl & Denovan), and Scott's sister (Kim & kids) for all there help with unpacking and getting settled. We are looking forward to many more visists from family and friends, you all are welcome anytime.

Sierra's tickled pink with her new house as well.

Our first project in our new Garage was a pine wood derby car given to Dallin from his soon to be uncle Denovan. We made quick work of cutting, sanding, and painting the car since any project with a three year old has to be fast. We both love our new garage there are bound to be more father son projects to come. My woodworking skills are lacking but Dallin doesn't know the difference.
