The highlight of Renton River Days for Dallin was meeting the firefighters, spraying the fire hose, and "driving" the fire truck. Posted by Picasa

Sierra loved the animals at Renton River Days, our local festival. Posted by Picasa

If you look close you can see a little frog that Dallin caught at the park. This is just the first, we are sure, of many little critters Dallin will bring home to his mother.  Posted by Picasa

We were lacking cute pictures of Dallin so thought we would post this one. Sierra is at a really cute stage though so when ever the camera comes out we end up with lots of cute pictures of her. Dallin is cute too, just hard to catch, he doesn't stop moving for long.  Posted by Picasa

Now Sierra can keep up with her big brother.  Posted by Picasa

It tasted even better than it looked. Yumm. Posted by Picasa

Check out the butterfly cakes, great job Melissa. Sierra had a little help from big brother blowing out the candle and ripping off the wrapping paper. Posted by Picasa

Alright, alright I'll put the camera down. Posted by Picasa

Sierra is very excited about her Birthday next week and the fact she has enough hair to wear pig-tails.
This was our view as we waited for the fireworks. They put a barge out on the lake and set them off from there. Dallin and Melissa had fun dancing to the band. It was a long but fun day. And Sierra and I just enjoyed the music and being outside in some long awaited sunshine.

On this 4th of July Dallin ran all day long. He only stopped for the fireworks and even then I had to hold him down.

Sierra enjoyed being in the sun on this 4th of July.

Sierra Marie...always cute, although she has her moments.

Melissa and Kids after our first trip to Mount Rainier. Since this picture we visited and camped overnight. It is a beautiful place and we look forward to exploring more of western Washington. While camping we saw: elk, deer, beaver, squirrels, and some of the most beautiful views ever.
