Kyler, retrieving a toy. Isn't he cute?!?!

Landon loved digging holes in our backyard with Dallin!

On Sunday we went to visit family at the Felt Farm. The kids loved running around, watching the animals, playing in the dirt and of course going for rides on the Pro Hauler. Here's Aunt Holly on the Pro Hauler with the kids.

We were all excited to spend some time with Michael, Donna and their adorable 2 week old son, Benjamin.

Here are Grandma and Grandpa with their 5 grandkids: Sierra, Grant, Dallin, Kyler and Landon. Little Benjamin is the newest addition (not pictured) and #7 is due in October. 7 Grandbabies in 5 years-- pretty good!

Dallin and Sierra wanted to participate in the ward talent show, so they painted these beautiful pictures of flowers. Scott also used his talents to make frames for their paintings.

Grant loves to play in his Exersaucer.
Although, he's still not so sure about the purple
leopard-rhinoceros creature (what is that supposed to be anyway?).
He's also pretty good at blowing bubbles as you can see.

I told the kids that when I was younger we used to
bump down the stairs with blankets and sleepingbags.
Dallin thought that was a great idea and ran to get some
blankets. I guess I forgot to mention that we actually SAT ON the
blankets and rode down on them.

Dallin and Sierra show how much they love
Brown Bear and Barbeque (that's what Dallin named his dog).

Yesterday while making dinner I heard the
kids giggling (which is not always a good thing). I found
them "bumping" down the stairs riding
their favorite stuffed animals.

Sierra looking fancy.
Notice the sunglasses, feather boa, and patent leather maryjanes.
Ooo-la-la Sierra is posh!

Scott poses with the kids at Rock City, part of Mt Diablo State Park. Rock City is made up of huge sandstone boulders. The kids loved playing and climbing on the rocks. Our initial plan was to go on a hike at the summit of Mt. Diablo but it was rainy and cold at the top of the mountain. Rock City a couple thousand feet lower than the summit made for much milder weather.

For Family Home Evening this past Monday we made a volcano. A special request from our future scientist Dallin. We titled it "Mt. Rice-uvius". We video taped the actual explosion and if ever we get a faster internet connection I'll put it up for everyones viewing.

Weekends used to be full of basketball games, volleyball games, football games, walks, runs, movies, games, dates, shopping, etc. Now I'll just settle for some sleep.
