Our first project in our new Garage was a pine wood derby car given to Dallin from his soon to be uncle Denovan. We made quick work of cutting, sanding, and painting the car since any project with a three year old has to be fast. We both love our new garage there are bound to be more father son projects to come. My woodworking skills are lacking but Dallin doesn't know the difference.

When we were looking for a new place to live Dallin put in his requests. His criteria included the following:
1. A Backyard
2. A Hose
3. A Garage.
So here is Dallin and Sierra enjoying their new yard and hose.

It was moving day for our family. Scott started his new job in San Francisco and movers came to take our stuff away. They packed everything one day and then loaded it all up the next. Dallin and Sierra watch as their beloved possessions are loaded on the truck.

I had taken some of camping stuff out getting ready for Dallin and my fishing trip. Sierra decided my "mess kit" made a better tea set and had a little tea party for her animals. Her Birthday is next week and we have bought her own tea set so I can reclaim my camping gear for it's intended purposes.

Dallin and Scott got up early on the 4th of July for Bass fishing along Lake Washington. We didn't have any luck despite some tips from locals. It was priceless father and son bonding time nonetheless. The girls stayed home for some beauty sleep.

By next summer we hope Sierra will be able to work full time through her newly learned car washing skills.
